20 Year Product Warranty

EMERCOR Ltd. guarantees to the purchaser that EMERCOR polyurethane structural insulated panel products carry a twenty year warranty commencing from the date of purchase. EMERCOR will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the product, if the defect is due to the fault material or manufacturer workmanship. Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product.

EMERCOR requires that products are to be installed by competent and professional workmen according to the instructions, specifications, shop drawings as set out by our structural engineers.

The products are to continue to be used for the designed purpose and appropriately protected when necessary. Panels must not be used in swimming pool buildings, car washes, commercial kitchens or other high humidity buildings. Please contact an EMERCOR professional for advice and information relating to the proper installation and use of all panels or for more information about the EMERCOR warranty.

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

1. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not conform to the recommended product care.
2. Modification or alteration of any nature is made to the physical construction of the products.
3. Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company.
