Emercor SIPs are comprised of a polyurethane foam core which can be encased between any standard building material, i.e. OSB, plywood, drywall, cement board, etc. Panels can be used for crawlspace and frost wall foundations, insulating the floor system (Insulated Rimboard), cantilevers, garage ceilings, walls and roofs. Used in both commercial and residential construction, panels come in 8 or 10 foot lengths, depending on their intended application.
