Screws

EMERCOR recommends using the Olympic Insulated Panel Fastener. With fast and easy installation, no pre drilling and no plates, this fastener is perfect for most building projects. Olympic Insulated Panel Fasteners eliminate jarring and damage caused by standard hammers and nails. The flat pancake head does not telegraph through covering layers and gives the builder the advantage of high pullout and pull through strength.

EMERCOR recommends using the following Polyurethane Spray Foams:

HILTIô CF 128-DW Insulating Foam
This single component adhesive polyurethane foam is used for sealing doors, windows, and other openings to block air, dirt, moisture, sound and pests from entering. Typical uses include sealing and insulating around doors and windows, piping, cables, ventilation ducts and plumbing.

ENER 42 ENERFOAM
Ideal for hole and crack filling, acoustical sealing (STC 69), insulation applications, with an R-value of 5.7, and barriers to pests. Minimal expanding, single-component polyurethane foam sealant; used in construction of manufactured housing & modular construction.

Spray Foam Cleaners

CFR1 500ML - A cleaning system for dispenser and spray dosing.

ENER 10 Cleaner - Non-flammable solvent for foam tool; used in construction of manufactured housing & modular construction.

EMERCOR recommends using the following adhesive:

LePage Bulldog Grip PL400 Heavy-Duty Sub-Floor Adhesive
Ideal for projects such as sub-flooring, exterior sheathing and siding. Ideal for both interior and exterior use, it bonds building materials such as plywood, wood, furring, chipboard, masonry, metal, pressure treated lumber, and wet and frozen lumber. A permanent bond results within 48hrs and provides a solid unitized floor with the advantages of I-Beam construction. LePage Bulldog Grip PL400 Heavy-Duty Sub-Floor Adhesive is not damaged by freezing.
