Standards & Evaluations  Insulated Rimboard Evaluation

EMERCOR Structural Insulated Panels are comprised of materials, which meet or exceed the standards, which are recognized by evaluation services in Canada and the United States, such as CCMC, ICBO, NER etc. EMERCOR Panels are similar to other engineered products like the roof truss.

EMERCOR panels have been tested to determine their physical capabilities. Independent registered professional engineers have prepared load tables for use in the review and approval of EMERCOR panels on each project.

The individual components used to produce an EMERCOR panel conform to the following standards:

Insulated Rimboard Evaluation

EMERCOR Insulated Rimboard is an ICC (International Code Council) evaluated product. Design specifications for wood construction (1991 edition for the UBC and 1997 edition for the IBC and IRC) are applicable for EMERCOR Insulated Rimboard.

The quality system in place for the manufacture of Insulated Rimboard is approved and monitored by PFS Corporation, a third party quality control agency. The following allowable stresses comply with EMERCOR's Insulated Rimboard ICC evaluation.
